Nick did great job diagnosing what was wrong with my jetski and more importantly communicated this with me throughout the process so there was no surprise costs at the end. Called Nick for the first time to do the break-in service on my new PWC. He was super responsive and informative. I trusted his professionalism right away. Unlike some of the losers in this area who shall remain nameless but are based in Seaford, he was not only prompt but early for all of our appointments, hauled my Sea Doo out in Bay Shore and had it back to me, freshened up with synthetic oil and new plugs, in under three hours. Highly recommended. I will try them out for winterization and storage this year. In fact, here is a bit of advice. When you pick up your new PWC at the dealer, take it directly to Nick and his crew to have it thoroughly inspected. Are the batteries good quality and properly connected? Second battery actually connected in the right way? Are all hose clamps tight and secure? Oil level at the right place? Drain plugs tight? A word to the wise.
